how often should you get checked??
when Ill finish school and start working Im gonna do em really often and with their aid I hope I can make a pretty good estimate on how much and how often I can cycle safely.... This once again depends on ur purse.. They never hurt, thats for sure.
I get mine done 2-3 weeks proir to a cycle, to see if I'm ready for it. Then about half way through the cycle. See what's high/low and decide whether to continue cycling or end it. Then finally, 2-3 weeks after PCT to see if its successful or not. This will determine if its neccessary to do another lighter PCT, or full PCT, if needed.
