Ok I got all my juice ready....but do any of you guys go and get a body check up before you juice? Like shud I go and see if my heart rate is normal and blood pressure...or do u just givr ? Let me know what you guys do, thanks!

You should have check-ups done no matter if your using or not just to know if your healthy or not. I would say go and see where all your stats are before starting.

i dont think any one is gona say dont bother getting a check up!
you all ways need to know whats going on in your body.
p.s. i and prob most guys here own a proper medical bp messurer and check it frequently.

get a medical bp moniter it will cost around 100euro or so then you can measure it in the morning and evening.yeah cause if you have high bp now forget about taking compounds like dbol
