just bought it for a friend but how do you measure it in sprays??1mg/ml should he just take the sprayer out and use a syringe?

I use the recommended dose of .25mg.. The dose is .1mg per pump

1 squirt = 1/10ml

10 squirts = 1ml

Buy a 1ml oral syringe. It'll make your life much easier

i actually squirted 10 pumps into an oral syringe and it was 1 ml exactly, I just take 3 squirts a day, it's quicker than an oral syringe, the 3 pumps is close enough to .25 give or take .5
