4 weeks since I quit smoking and 3 weeks into my cycle
After 14 years of 1+ pack a day, I gave it up 4 weeks ago. Kind of helped that I started my cycle a week later to give me something else to focus on.
Am I still tempted? rarely, but I dreamed about it one night
Do I feel better? No, but I dont cough anymore
Did my strength go up? I am on a heavy cycle...what do you expect
Why did I quit? Not for some ideal like good health or being politically correct...I gave my word..and well, that means everything.
To all those out there who still light up, if I can do it...You can too!
You may not live longer, but you will certainly smell better.

congrats.
I smoked up to 2 pack a day fon and off from the time iwas 15-21.
I told myself i'd quit by my 21st b-day.
got prescribed some wellbutrin to help me out, and low and be hold several years later i'm clean.
It really does help working out aftewr you quit. Thats exactly what i did.
Every time i wanted to re-lite up i just though how bad my lungs would hurt while on the treeadmill the next day.
My hat is off to you. Great job, and i'm sure your family appreciates it more than you know

Screw tobacco. Better off delivering oxygen to your body now anyways. Marijuana lives for ever though?

quit 2 years ago after 16 years of smoking. Best thing I ever did. Ever.
Like Speed said: dont give in no matter what.
(and you grow better when you don't smoke :P)
