    muscle loss -high doses of clen

    im fairly new to clen and have some questions im sure people would like to know

    1, when your body shakes does that mean your dose is at its peak effectiveness ?

    2. do you lose un neccasary muscle tissue loss with higher doses ?

    3. is higher the dose mean more fat you will burn ?

    4, whats the highest dose youve used ?

    5. if you dont mind the getting the shakes , what are the other side effects that come at using that dose. ?

    6, anyone used 500mcg ed for a cycle

    6, any thing else that would be help ful

    thanks hopefully i can get some good answers, as ive enough clen to eat them like skittles.

    Not necessarily, but it does mean you should be cautious when going any higher!

    Clen is anti-catabolic, so I'd imagine you would not as long as you keep your protein intake high enough to sustain the muscle, while still allowing enough calories for your day to day activities.

    3. is higher the dose mean more fat you will burn ?

    Yes, but more is not always better, and the law of diminsihing returns applies here, just like with any other type of compound.

    4, whats the highest dose youve used ?

    I personally have never gone higher than 120mcg's a day. I found my heart racing and I was sweating my balls off the majority of the time. Usually the side effects diminish but they did not on this high of a dose, so I don;t think Iwill be going up that high again.

    5. if you dont mind the getting the shakes , what are the other side effects that come at using that dose. ?

    High BP, jittery, naseau, sweats, etc.

    6, anyone used 500mcg ed for a cycle

    I sure as shit hope not....that's a LOT of Clen, I would not recommend going over 200mcg, and even that's a lot.

    6, any thing else that would be help ful

    Keep reading and be careful! The specifics in your questions lead me to believe you are under the impression that more is better...clen ain't shit without proper diet and training! It can be helpful, but all the clen in the world won't help you lose BF unless all other variables are in check!

    alright mate i used 2 eat them like sweets but got told just to take 2 a day 1 at nite and 1 in the morn heard they also make ur heart enlarge so go steady mate.i also got the shakes made me feel ill.been told 2 do 2days on and 2days off 4 2weeks and have 2weeks off then repeat.az the body gets used to these quick hope ive helped

    mm ive read all the info about clen and how it works . but it dosent say anything about the questions im trying to get answered by experiened users .

    500mcg every day????? That is way too excessive IMO and heart attack territory! I am 270lbs and use 200mcg a day max

    IMO..and exp.

    1- no, not with my exp. Be cautious as phreak101 stated
    2- not with proper planning, diet
    3- I agree w/ phreak101
    4- 120mcg split into 3x
    5- High resting pulse rate, and higher BP
    6- respect it. and I agree with phreak101's reply

    Anything over 160mcg IMO is
    dangerous, and not needed. these
    are not skittles, and should be
    respected. Clean diet is the key.

    i do 120mcgs a day very hot and bad shakes but i can handle it a hope. ive had a lot of experience over the past few years, at this dose i get quite bad cramps all over in me face and neck and shit but by taken 2 grams of taurine, vit b12 and drinking at least 2 litres of water a day ave had no problems, you start off on 1 tab 20mcg aday and up till you get the shakes then stay on that number for the remainder of the two weeks. remember it wont perform miracles diet and cardio need to be well established. gud luck.

    i'm at 200mcg a day and that's as high as i will go...I also get bad cramps in my neck and last night a bitch of a cramp in my foot, in the middle of the bar...sucked

    looks like there is no negitive about high doses of clen and muscle wasting. unlike t3

    Am I correct that 20mcgs equals 1 mg ?? I have .02 mg tabs?? Everything I've read says "5-7 tabs a day is max"... but I don't get the mcg measurements and have no clue how many "tabs" to take.

    I took 2 of the .02 mg tabs today... plan on increasing gradually through this week...

    Sorry... HELP?? I HATE MATH! LOL

    the only thing you need to know about clen and if it is working or not is you need to know your normal body temp before you start using.you need to only elevate it by 1 degree for clen to be effective and as long as it is elevated the clen is working.this may occur with 20mcg or 200mcg depending on the type of clen you use (i prefer spiropent) and your bodys reaction to it.so dont listen to " do this amount" and I use this much" everyone is different..myself I use up to 200mcg when im using it.this is pretty high but ive been using it off and on for 18 yrs.

    btw...more doesnt mean better results.more means more sides and potential disaster

    good point , im sure if you used more clen would increase your body temp higher ? but yes more is not always better
