    Oral syringe is 1ml,
    and 1ml is 20mg.

    That would be the last digit on the syringe...says 1ml.

    So in your case, you would fill up once to the 1ml mark...to get your 20mg

    Cant recall, its been a while
    since i used the pumps.
    I dont trust the pumps much,
    better off w/ a oral syringe IMO.
