    Stuck.. need some adivce

    Hey Boiz,

    This is going to be my first cycle of aas. ATM i have 2 x 10ml of Deca50, 10ml of Testo L.A, and 10ml of Testobol.

    Im all new to the AAS scene. I mainly dont know what dosages to take, and at what times to actually take them. Im also interested into knowing what to get to abolish getting SE's.

    Ive been working out for 5 years now and cuurently at the age of 20. Weight atm is around 73 kilos and train at least every 2nd day. All help is appreciated.

    You dont need juice at your age and weight, you need food. Does your diet look like this http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=113010 ? if not then thats thre reason you are not growing. Tell us what your workout looks like as well

    usually i do like a muscle group everytime i workout eg shoulders 1 day and then maybe a full leg workout in a couple days. Eating atm is going very well.. but if i did AAS' i would invest into getting a protein powder to help gain a lil more weight. In the last 2 weeks ive gained 5 kilos... so i can get the weight back up. Do you want more detail about the workout's Kale?

    Mate if you have gained 5 KG in the last two weeks, why the hell are you even considering juice !!!!! Thats what a lot of people would gain in a normal cycle. Think about what you are doing here. Keep doing what you are doing and continue to grow. Then when you reach a plateau where you no longer gain then consider juice, but you are a long way of that IMO

    first go to the diet forum and get a bulking diet going... and throw some lbs on...
