    !st cycle need help winny, sus , proviron, eq

    ok im currently in week 5 and take winny ed mg proviron eod 25mg sustan 250 every 10th day and eq 300mg every week what gains should I have seen from this and what can I expect



    Stats
    started 213lbs 5'9" 18 inch arms 47 inch chest 36 inch waist and about 17% bf

    now 219lbs 18 1/2" arms 48" chest and waist 35 inches bf?

    Eating lots of salads chicken meats and protein powder at least 3 times a day on top of amino acids and tons of glutamine

    My numbers have went up good bench is decent about 315 x4 reps peck deck 210lbs curls ea arm 55-60lbs incline 225 x 8 shoulders very good size arms are tighter and ive noticed that triceps exploded in strength gym doesnt have enough on machines to hold me anymore ill try to get a picture if i can to help out ok pic is some what old it was in a newspaper when I was in HS before cycle I looked about same before I started but mid section had more fat on it anyway Im 19 now and turning 20 soon. Let me know whats up with the gear

    3. 10mcg proviron ? What? You'd have to take 25mg or so for it to even be effective.

    Proviron is running 25mg eod the winny is at 10mg ed then sustain is on every tenth day eq is every 7th day at 300mg each time

    can anyone give me a good diet plan or something im in college and its hard to make food and stuff but this is what i have probolic sr protein mrp packets mesotech and optimum nutrition like 40 packets and nectar isolate and aminos animal pak is what im taking right now and glutamine as well as 800 iu of vitamin e to help out with stretching skin . Any other ifo you guys can give me or ways to switch plan up with what i have would be great thanks.

    ok

    I am going to redo the cycle just test enanthate like others have suggested at 500mg a week and EQ at 600mg a week. Should there be any tapering of the doseages? also im going to run proviron eod 25mg stuff works great. I know get pumps even when i just drink protein feels great

    thats an f up cycle. Anyways, first cycle should just be test 500mg/week. And never run eq or deca higher then test
