    Sust/Deca - week 6 change it up?

    Current Stats: 5'10" // 195lbs // 28yrs old - Training off and on for 5+years, training regularly and seriously for 1-year. Diet above average. Hi Pro, low carb, mod good fats and no refined crap.

    After slipping into the worst shape of my life (200lbs at 20%BF) I started to workout again and diet hard naturally - in 8-weeks I managed to get down to 180 lbs at 13% BF. Maintained for a while and the decided to do my first cycle:

    1-12 Sust 250 @ 500mg/ew
    1-12 Deca @ 400mg/ew

    I am on week six of this cycle. I have enough Sust for 18-weeks but doubt that I should go that long. At week 6 I am wondering if I should switch it up or stay the course. I suppose I want what most people want....lean gains with no fat but I realize that this is pretty much a pipe dream or at the very least an inefficient way to cycle.

    Questions:

    If my long term goal is to get to 210 lbs of quality muscle at 7%BF.

    1. Should I stay the course and pack on as much mass as possible for this initial cycle?
    2. Should I switch it up a little and if so how?
    3. What other questions should I be asking myself?
    4. Ultimately, given my stats, what would be the best and safest (relatively speaking) route to get to my desired end-state and over how many cycles.

    1=stay on course
    2=you dont switch it up,thats training that gets switched up to keep making progress not gear
    3=am i eating enough calories?is my training hard enough but not too long in duration?am i doing all i can out side the gym to make progress(sleeping as much as possible no drinking or partying,little to no strenious activity out side the gym)
    4=you can acheive your goals if you do it correctly,you could achieve these goals naturally so dont be thinking that you need x amount of cycles
