    how does everyone get syringes locally without having to order them?

    depends on where you live. In some places you can buy needles OTC at a pharmacy no questions asked. Other placecs like where I live in cali you have to provide some sort of documentation

    i live in Canada so i just walk in to any Pharmacyand ask for how ever many i need and what ever size and they cost about .50 cents per syringe and needle combo

    It is a lot easier to just order them from the banner in the top right hand corner..
    They have great customer service and you get them within 3 days..I ordered mine on a Sunday night and had them Wednesday morning.

    In England you go to the needle exchange, they are free you can get as many as you want
