i've noticed my hair line is starting to recede just as my dad's did. Will dutastride reverse this or just prevent it from getting worse. Also, is it a permanent fix or do you have to keep buying the stuff?

it will just prevent it and it is reccommended to stay on it...i'm close to saying **** it and getting the clippers

Yeah, you have to stay on it indefinetly, and even then it's not nearly 100 percent effective. I agree with new juice, i just shave my head once a week and i'm not self conscious about it any more. It's hard to shave your head the first time, and you look a little weird in the mirror, but when you get used to it and the sun browns your white little dome you'll feel better about it. Remember, it's just hair.

I am more materialistic I guess. Go on the Du... Use Nizoral.. and use Rogaine...You will be on it forever...so? It isn't hard to take a pill and use a diff shampoo...
