Congratulations, that is quite an improvement. And just think, that test is just now kicking in strong.

For me, it kicks in fully in weeks 7-9. I'm a late started though. If you frontloaded it may kick in a little quicker.Originally Posted by Vertex

bench is up to 315 lbs for 11 reps now, did 405 for 1 rep. rediculous gains
and at 233 lbs
im on week two of the same thing and today i ahd a heelacious pump in my arms! cant wait till i get a few more weeks under my belt where i can start seeing some good strength increase
