    Newbie

    i have no clue where too start with this.. im a football player waiting too step up to the next step i have a good chance too go play college football but i need too get bigger and faster.. any recommendations for juice that will not make me get acne or any side effects i will regret..and i need help with speed too..

    you need to do research bro, you said you don't know where to begin? Well that right there means your not ready to get into anabolics, need to read up and do as much research as possible. Just check out various threads on this forum and you will learn plenty and probably answer your own question. Knowledge is power my friend.

    read and learn bro.....I spent months on months reading here first before I even posted a question, and once I did, bros were glad to help me out cuz I knew somewhat what I was talking about, and I wasnt just asking for them to do it all for me...RESEARCH....no flame bro, just a heads up for ya. good luck!

    I play ball bro, what are your stats? Height? Weight? 40? Position? Training? Diet? etc...fill us in bro, that is way to vague. Plus by the sound of it you are 17 or so because you "might have a chance to play college ball" if that is the case, you are to young.

    I weigh about 190
    Bench- 265
    Squat- 505
    Deadlift-455
    powerclean 245
    I work out once a day and sometimes i eat pretty healthy but i need my bench higher and my weigh at about 210
    My 40 is about 4.4 / 4.5

    once again how old are you? Eating healthy and eating for muscle growth can be entirely two different things. How much protein do you eat daily? I eat around 350 g myself.

    to parrot everyone else you seem pretty young bro... sounds like your diet needs a tune up... visit the diet forum, I would start there though you probably won't take that advice

    If those numbers are legit (which I have a hard time believing if your in highschool, you DEFINATELY don't need AAS) running a 4.4, and squating over 500? what are you looking to do man? Position? (Those are D1 numbers, what college you trying to go to?)

    i wouldnt lie too you bro, i just had a lift-a-thon and i was in the 1400 group... im looking too go to michigan or anywhere that will take a good white person.. im just looking too get my bench up and my weight up and my agility..im not big i just am like defined

    your a DB I got speed but i need agility.. this up coming season is my big year and if i got that i will be set

    AAS will not make you agile, you're on the wrong forum bro. Just do your plyometrics, jump rope, box jumps, footwork etc... NO AAS you're 16!
