i just shot the same exact thing . sore but no lump or anything like that. make sure u rub it out next time. rub it out good too and try applying a hot rag maybe. its gonna get a little sore no matter what though

I noticed less pain and shit like that, if ya rub the spot for a lil while after. Move that oil around a lil. I hate to have all that oil just sit in that same spot.

Like some of the others have stated, massage the injection site afterwards, but sometimes you are going to get some inflamation regardless. Just keep an eye on it and watch for signs of infection. (Area getting bigger, redder, fever)
