    Smile My results

    I am 19, have trained for 3 years, I ran my first cycle, a 10 weeker of 500mg/week of test C with a kickstart of 25mg/day of dbol the first 4 weeks. I went from 146lbs to 173lbs. I start pct in about a week. These are my before and after pictures. I kept my diet clean and tried to take in as many calories as I could. The first pic is before. How much do you think I can expect to keep?

    Hey buddy!

    Im about to begin my first cycle in a week or so... my body type slighly bigger than ur before picture so Ican relate.

    Ur shoulders and back I believe grew the most! I am motivated now more than ever!

    I am a newbie but I have researched the topic alot... so im by no means pro but this is what i gathered about keeping/loosing.

    Depends on ur diet, ifu keep ur calorie/protein intake up and u excercise the right amount at right intensities u should be fine.
    Also PCT if not done properly u might lose most if not all.

    Prepare to lose 5-10 pounds ofjust water retention.

    Good work man!

    How did u find injecting for the first time? Scary?

    i wont say that you could have easly put that on naturally(which you could have!).
    you look good man...small and lean(just how the ladies like em ;-).)
    i find it hard to believe you put 27lb between pic 1 and 2-3!
    i think you should have consumed more calories.
    you will be able to keep all those gains bar a little water retention(because your still not at your genetic potential the gains should be easier to keep unlike if you were 20lb over your genetic potential)just keep calories very high(dont worry if you gain a few kgs of fat)keep your training short and intense,if your not allready using creatine/glutamine ext throw them all in.focus on sleeping loads dont party or drink during pct(you shouldnt really do this ever).

    Thanks for the replies muscle 20/stallion !! I would have run it a little longer and I had enough gear to do so, but acne hit me pretty bad, and I figured for my first cycle, it was probably long enough. I will keep my calorie intake up but it annoys me I can't see my six pack as much. Im trying to bulk so I guess a gain in some fat is inevitable.

    Serbian_Stallion, I expected to be totally freaked out injecting my first time but it just went in like butter. I didn't tremble or anything, it was if I had done it a hundred times. Good luck on your up coming cycle.

    hey man i know how you feel about the whole 6 pack thing(i have never lost it either even at a top weight of 230lb at 5ft8),but during pct its all about keeping gains,you can allways shift that fat once your hormones are functioning correctly again.
    you going to compete?or you just doing it to impress on the beach?lol

    230 at 5ft 8, you must be really built. Ive never thought about competing. It's just what I do to prove I have determination in something I guess. I would really like to hit the 200s but probably wont get there for another couple years. Anyways, im off for class.
