I am 19, have trained for 3 years, I ran my first cycle, a 10 weeker of 500mg/week of test C with a kickstart of 25mg/day of dbol the first 4 weeks. I went from 146lbs to 173lbs. I start pct in about a week. These are my before and after pictures. I kept my diet clean and tried to take in as many calories as I could. The first pic is before. How much do you think I can expect to keep?
