Arimidex or Novaldex while on Test E?

Hi guys,

i'm planing to run 16 weeks Test E 250mg e4d with a 500mg frontload.

I will use clomid and novaldex for 4 weeks pct but i'm not sure about whether i should go with arimidex 0,5mg eod or 10mg novaldex ed during the cycle and would like to hear your opinions.

You can go down to .25 A-dex with results. The Nolva can still be used at 10mg/day, but be sure to have enough for PCT at the end.

Depends on your goal. Nolva for gyno prevention;, l-dex for anti-bloat, at .25mg ED OR .50mg EOD.

Should not hurt gains. It won't eliminate all estrogen. But enough to shed some bloat.

Liquidex is the liquid verson of Arimidex .

I'd use Arimdex or L-Dex to reduce estrogen effectively, reducing sides, such as, water retention and gyno. Nolva can also be added to cover also bases. Though, I'd only suggest both if your really gyno prone.

What about for pct? Is clomid needed or can you use arimidex and nolva only through pct? Just up the nolva to 20mgs a day instead of 10.

Arimidex and Nolva is a ok PCT protocol IMO. Not great though. Both will raise serum levels of LH/FSH whilst the Arimidex will reduce levels of estrogen by 50%. However, Nolva will reduce the serum levels of Arimdex in the blood, affecting its effectiveness. So, other AI's are more suited. I'd go with HCG /Nolva/Provrion or HCG/Nolva/Aromasin . I choose the first suggestion, HCG/Nolva/Proviron due to the availability of Aromasin and its cost compared to Proviron. Proviron will also mask any decrease in sex drive, something thats usually prevelant during PCT. Something Aromasin cant claim.

I do 0.2mg ED of ldex. Too much more and you will get joint pain/hurt gains/cholesterol problems.

arimidex can lower estradiol levels to 40% at .5 mg ed, if you have high estradiol levels,bloat can come from aldosterone or renin or androgen mediated sodium retention.aromasin can lower to 45% at 12 mg.
anyway,very low levels of estradiol do not diminish muscular growth.
