    Talking Please help with new cycle.......

    im gonna be on...
    50mg tren ed--6 weeks
    750 teste ew,split up--14 weeks
    10 mg nolva ed--14 weeks
    clomid 100mg ed for 3 weeks---pct


    Does this sound good or should i add anything else for protection

    Up the Nolva to 20mg during PCT and maybe add A-dex at .25mg. You also might consider Vit. B-6 for the first 6-8 weeks for progesterone gyno prevention.

    The cycle looks good to me.

    im 5-11 230lbs 29 been workin out for 4-5 years on and off this is my 2nd cycle , just finished pct fron 500mg teste,,deca .
    My goals are to gain lean muscle mass and keep most of it ,, dont know fat % but got a bit of a belly not much, id like to lose 10 lbs body fat ,but figure with this cycle it will help in the process,with a strict diet.

    How long has it been since you've been off PCT from your previous cycle Stu?

    You're trying to gain LBM and lose 10lbs. That's a difficult task so I'd say pick one and work harder towards that one then worry about the second.

    At 5'11 230 and having a little belly why dont you try to work on getting you BF% down a bit then worry about bulking? When you drop some BF it will give you a false impression on looking bigger b/c you'll be leaner. Who knows, maybe after you drop some BF you wont want to get much bigger. All depends on exactly what you're looking for, I"m assuming to look, feel and perform better. You let me know...............
