    Arrow Maybe a different situation

Well, to start, let me explain what my situation is. Last April I was shot in the gut, basically everything that could go wrong did. I lost my gall bladder and my bowel is seperated by a fistula (basically nothing I eat matters), I'm fed by a tube into the lower section of my bowel. I am currently on a pre-digested feed that has everything I need in it. This isnt permanent, I can go back for surgery and get it fixed, I just need to gain weight and heal a little more(they suggested I would probaly be ready sometime in the early summer). My nutrition is steady just above what I need. I can raise it, but the trade off is if I raise the level of feed too fast I seem to absorb less total(diarrhea). I'm slowly working on raising it. I'm currently floating just below 140lbs at 6', I was an athelete without problems and had a body I worked very hard for before this(was 190-200lbs with very, very little fat). I am also young.

I have never used steroids before this, but due to the fact that steroids increase the absorbtion of protein and allow for quicker weight gain I was prescribed a small dose of deca -durabolin bi-weekly (which as it appears, from what I read, isnt really doing much of anything). Also since the deciding factor in getting my life back to normal is weight gain(muscle is preferred, but fat is good too) I'm looking to increasing my steroid intake to help speed the process along. My doctor doesnt seem to know much about them, so I thought I would get information then make a suggestion to her.

What I'm looking for it seems is a solid stack(and maybe a cycle too) that has little chance of causing any complications(I've had enough, I really couldnt handle anymore) and is excellent at weight growth. I can work out some(due to ingrown toenails and the wound from a skin graft on my leg not heal-ing my walking and movement is inhibited) but I should(and will) work out more.

Any help/tips/ideas would be appreciated greatly, I really am looking forward to getting that surgery done and being a normal person again. After spending 9months in a hospital it might seem weird to want to go back, but I do, hehe.

    Thanks,
    AIWolf
