For size should i go w/more test or add deca?
My previous cycle of test e by itself at 500 mg/week for 12 weeks had decent results but it wasnt nearly what i thought it would be...maybe a gain of about 7 pounds. I know that my diet, training and rest time was on point so saying i do all that right for my next cycle which one would be more effective for more size?
30 mg d-bol weeks 1-4
400 mg deca weeks 1-8
500 mg test e weeks 1-12
or
30 mg d-bol weeks 1-4
750 mg test e weeks 1-12

Run the first one and run your deca weeks 1 - 10.

id go with the deca option, only maybe try it with just 200mg EW

id stick with just test 500mg and maybe dbol kickstart, and concentrate on your diet, food= more size

I would try to incorporate Deca . I would suggest going with Deca for 12 weeks and Test E for 14 weeks. But this is coming from a late starter....
