    Week One - 4Lbs...Decent or Poor gains...

    This will be my 3rd cycle, im taking :

    Dbol @ 50mg ED Week 1-6
    Prop @ 150mg EOD Week 1-4
    Test E @ 500mg Week 1-10
    Deca @ 400mg Week 1-10

    Iv never run dbol @ prop together for a kickstarted but i expected to gain more than 4 lbs in a week...Are these poor gains or am i being impatient - I know it takes a good week or so for both kick in full swing but i just expected more with 2 fast acting compounds

    The 4 lbs is most likely water anyway.
    It will take off VERY soon if your gear is good.

    im upping my calories by atleast 2500 from tommorrow, just bought some twinlabs super gainers fule, it contains 2500 cals per serving...i know what ur going to say its probably full of fat and shit but im a natural ecto with a fast matabolism...if i do put on far i cant see it being that much, only more benificail...hopefully cals will be around 5000/5500 per day...Should i grow huge with this ?

    yes probably but its better than no weight gain in the beginning

    if you run nolva at 20mgs through out your water gains will be minimal..

    I have some oral nolva and clomid mixed, can i take this throughout my cycle even though it contains clomid...? Does nolva hinder gains to some extent, i have no signs if bitch tit yet (thouch wood) allthough i did have it pritty bad once before - first sign of it and ill use it

    no what i would say about weight gainers is that their rubbish,stick to rice and steak for your extra calories.
    5500 cal is plenty if you spend all day lying around but if your a manuel worker you going to have to up that by quite alot.

    I am eating 3000-3500 Kcals a day anyway of things like rice, pasta, and read meat...I do not do a manual labour job...Infact i do not have work now for the next 7 days...Then i start a new job which is an office job, so i get to sit around all day and hopefully eat at my desk when i want..

    well then your eating plenty....if you arnt happy with your gains just keep adding food.to be honest when i bulk i eat around 5k of clean calories and then stuff ice cream and pizza ontop and i never get alot of fat so it works for me,i think calories are very important on cycle and not only clean ones(of course you dont want food high in trans fats ext).you should gain great on that and i wouldnt expect more weight gains allready,they are water gains after all.

    Day 8 : up 6lbs so far...and iv upped my calories from today onwards by atleast 2680 coz iv just got a new weight gainer with 2680 kcals per serving and 102 grams of protein...Splitting it up, half in the morning and half after workout...

    today is Day 21/22 (Start Of Week 4 - day 2)...- Gains so far are 12lbs...
    May extend the prop 1 more week...think i should ?

    Didnt plan on making this a cycle log or anything but i might aswell keep my weigh gains posted...its easy enough to do

    12lbs in 21/22 days - so far im happy - wot do you guys think (yes i know it will mostly if not all water) - my gym buddys running the same cycle but no prop to kickstart - just Dbol - he too has gained 9lbs

    I am also thinking of adding Winstrol Depot @ 50mg ED in the final week of my cycle...and into PCT (4 weeks in total) - i might aswell and hopefully it will help me keep my gains abit more

    Start of week 6 - gained 16lbs...

    Dbol ends this week - hope i can still keep gaining - 1lb a week after this week and il be a happy man...
