Same thing happened here. Took a shot last wed & balled up next day. Its a week later and the balled up area is geting larger, its not red or hot so I don't think its infected. I'm gonna try to rub it out and see what happens. I have to do my next shot tomorrow, should I put it some place dif like other side? Leg? Sholder? Thanks

If the spot is still inflamed, I would definitely swithc spots. Try the other side or another muscle. Lots to choose from. Good luck!
