I have recently posted under the new male member section. As a recap I am 6'4 238lbs and 17%BF. most of the fat is around my midsection, especially the "love handles"
My question is, with the propper diet and exercise is it possible to drop my bf to 10-11% with 400mg/wk EQ and 50mg/ED for 10-12weeks? If so what should I take along with this cycle. letro?Nolva?Clomid?Milk-thistle?
Any advise will be appreciated.
