Question Question about cortisone injection while cycling

Hey, Im not sure if anyone will be able to answer this but here goes.

The last time I had a cortisone shot I passed out and they said everyone does it almost and that the human body reacts to the shot by shuttling all my blood to my heart when it happens. Now I have to get another shot, with Xray guidance this time, but, Im gonna be in my 3rd week of my cycle when I get the shot. I was wondering if this poses any potential danger if I were to pass out again and have my body "shuttle all my blood to my heart" like before?? Any input? Thanks.

I had an ultrasound guided cortisone injection in my knee a few months ago while I was on a cycle. I did not pass out (did not feel dizzy at all) and had no subsequent problems.

But...I did inform my Dr and they where reluctant at first to continue the procedure (usual reaction by medical staff when you mention the evil word 'steroid ') but I signed to free them from any liability. It is always better to play open cards with your doctor and I would advise you to do the same.

I almost cant take my torn rotator pain when doing chest anymore. I am going to have to look into this further. I wonder why all the blood gets shuttled to your heart when getting the shot?

Not necessarily "when you get the shot" but, I think more "when I passed out" is what the doc meant. sorry for the confusion.
