Ok heres a difficult one - I need to lose as much fat as I can in 3 weeks to show off Muscle Wastage! I have a hospital appointment and they will be looking into correcting it so I want it to show as much as possible as they dont think it is as bad as I do (obviously as its on my body).
I can't correct it with training as it is a result of previous operation![]()
I train 6 days a week 3 days cardio and 3 days weight training, I have been using the gym for 8 years.
I have quite a busy life so can't really fit anymore training in (I go before work). I eat high protein but think I have a generally sluggish body!!
I looked into taking GH anyone had experience of this or would something else be better? I am also interested in side effects
P.S this is a long term thing for me I just would like to initially lose as much as I can before my appointment.

Just read I should have said - I am 25 y/o have trained for 8 years but only to keep fit and trim. I now want that bit more and am training hard to try and achieve it. Sorry slap my wrist
