Is Anavar the way to go?

Hey guys and girls, I was wondering if Anavar is the way for me to go? My girlfriend used to take it to harden up and cut. I know this is what it is best for. I have never done steroids before, have the resources to get it and only want to try something mild. A little professional advice would be greatly appreciated.
I am 23, 5'7", 160 lbs and about 15% bodyfat( which will be down to 12 in no time). I've been training for about a year. When I started I was 139lbs, 13%bf. I train Monday to Friday. Sleep on the weekends. My diet is pretty low carb, high protein eating about 6 times daily. I know a bit but not nearly enough. Please help!

If you a just looking to cut using anavar alone,then it's fine...you'll still need to run PCT at cycles end.

Well the reason I was thinking avanar, is that is pretty mild, is it not. I don't know much about steroids so if there is something else mild and similar I am open to suggestions.

IMO var is the most mild anabolic a male could take.

in your years of experience, what are the long term effects? not just anavar , but more serious forms, I'm a little sceptical about going harder in the future.

I've yet to see one study that suggests anabolics are dangerous in healthy,adult males.Not ONE!!!

You really need to do some research as opposed to asking questions.Use the search feature above to the upper right hand corner.We have a plethora of information here in our archives..
