Infection Questions

Hey guys.

I injected Monday around 3AM and I think the needle was a bit bent, not really noticable though. Anyways, it hurt a tiny bit while it was in. Then the next day and today (Wednesday), my shoulder hurts a good bit, like I got punched 100 times with good hits. It's a LITTLE bit warm, but not really much more compared to the other shoulder. Also, my brother said it looks a little bit red, but I don't see it at all. It doesn't look zitty at all, its not mushy at all, I can move my shoulder easily. My shoulder feels GREAT in the shower. Does this sound like an infection?

just watch it if it keeps getting worse or red or warm to touch then go get some anti biotics a z-pack will work wonders
