About How Long......
When you first started, about how long after did you start noticing changes and new muscle mass developing. Did you have to wait for a couple of injections, a couple of full cycles, or right after you started.
I know steriods are not to be used as a "quick fix" but Im just curious about how the "pros" (you guys) went from point A to Point B
Stats:
Hey guys My name is Tom
21 years old
155lbs
6'0 tall
Slim
Exerzise Routine
3-4 times a week no less than an hour
AND plus my job requires alot of demanding phyical derance too so I get alot of good "workout time" at work. There's not a day where i dont sweet my butt off at work.

and for resistance training, you should limit your workout to NO MORE than an hour, if you are in there longer you are not training intensly enough, and your hormone levels start to drop off. As someone said, if your in the gym for more than an hour, your not making muscles, you're making friends

I have noticed my food cravings have gone up today I ate 4 hot dogs 1 whole bag of chips, 3 bannanas and 8 glasses of water. WHAT! Two weeks ago I would of stopped after eating two hot dogs and would of been good for the rest of the day. lol

That's all you ate all Day? And you should be eating clean foods. Oatmeal, chicken, lean steak fish eggs rice veggies etc etc.
