Is some of my HCG fake??

I have about 25000iu's of pregnyl HCG and half the vials look differnt from the others. Are all pregnyl HCG amps the EXACT same??
Both vials say Pregnyl at the top and then one of the has the number 5000 in big numbers under it and the other one says 1amp: 5000 I.U.

The writing on one is written in English and the other is written in another language. FOr the exp. dat on one of them it says, "Val.:2007-09"

On the other it says: "Exp. Date: 2007-04"

Is this normal? Maybe just manufactured out of two different countries?? THey both say "N.V. Organon" with "Oss Holand" under that

I have never heard of fake HCG

I have one in my hand to check
out 4 U, and mine say "1amp: 5000 I.U"
like you stated above. I have 4 5000
and all of them are alike.
My exp: date is 2008-08, not sure
why the numbers are both 08 on mine.
All in english mfg by N.V. Organon
serial# above the exp. date is 851664.

Doubt this helps any, I say this is
a job for SJ . Im sure if you posted
a pic, or viewed the pic forum, you
might know more.
