    Check out this strategy

    alrite well my football coach is REAL old school espcially in his weight lift routine. Our school trainer and even our head coach are against it, but he says it works. pretty much we work out every day, with breaks on the weekend. We do bench 3-4x a week. this is the major concerns, We need 1 day off to recover and we shouldnt do bench everyday. we do a pyramid for the bench simply 10rep add weight 7rep add weight 5 rep and then the 7 and 10 again. other coaches say wat we are doing isnt rite but since im takin juice, should i be fine? or would u guys not recomend this routine?

    I wouldn't reccomend that routine. Even though your are taking juice, your body still does not have enough time to recover. I hope you are not talking about High School Football. If so, you shouldn't be taking juice at all.

    2. u shouldnt juice if u dont know how to train right.
    3. u do need rest for ur chest to recover from benching. working it out more then once is to much for it. what is ur workout routine for the week...

    Even on juice, I would think that would break you down. You need time to recover.
    I think he is trying for strength endurance, rather than overall strength. However, this seems like a little much.

    Lift the way that works for you. If the coach sees vast improvements, he'll likely leave you the hell alone.

    when your 14 and get your first weight bench its ok to hit chest 3-4x a week because you dont know any better! but i think its safe to say that the routine is wack

    ha...thats wat i didnt want to hear but i figured it was true. we do the whole pyramid bench thing 3x 1 week and 4x the next. when we dont do bench, we do incline and decline THE SAME DAY! i think we do his bench routine every other day and then on one of the off days do incline and the next off day do decline. what do you guys think?

    i tried to justify it by sayin the juice will make it fine, but clearly is could only lie to myself for so long.
