need cycle help
I just got gear from a doctor. taking 400mg test eth, and 300mg deca . also taking anastrozole wich I think is an anti estrogen. I have a couple questions. first I have about 100 10mg d-bol that I bought a year or so ago. what do you think about adding them. also I'm trying to get alot of protien. My diet usually includes 1 muscle milk (34 gr protien) and two rtd 50's I also get at least 1 chickbreast, some eggs....ect. Am I on the right track? Lastly should I do 20 minets of cardio? I don't want to lessen my gains.

If this is your first go at it, I
would say that keeping it simeple
would be better for you. As for
the protein, i try to take in at least
1.5 x my weight in mg daily, but
usually more than that. It helps
encourage a positive nitrogen balance.
Check out the diet forums, great
resource there, that will help u much.

hrt. sorry i'm 6 foot 202lbs. I have done 2-3 cycles. 2 d-bol only then a d-bol sust deca . I was hurt for a while so I have been off for about 6months, now I'm trying to get back. what did you think about adding the d-bol. first injection was wednesday of test, deca on saturday.

The general rule (long term) is 1.5 - 2.0 gms per lb of bodyweight.
For sheer size on a limited time (short term) bulking cycle, typically 200-300gms, serious gainers 300-400, some go north of 4.

get your blood work done by your doctor, I'm 35 so my test was low anyway. Nothings easy.

any way I was looking for help d-bol question, currently i'm at 400mg test 300mg deca , what should i do with the d-bol? mg per day? for how many weeks?

40-50mg ed would be an ok amount since you have taken it in your 2 previous cycles.
you should alos try and consume more real protien than protien froma can and your in take should be close to 330g daily or more.
