    What kind of gains?

    I can get my hands on some Test Enanthate 200 and I was wondering if it would be worth it to try, or should I just stay natural. Right now I am 5'10" 185 pounds pretty solid and I'm benching 225, 8 times. Not exactly sure on body fat, but I've been lifting solid for a year, and on and off for 4 years. I don't have any cycle experience yet, but I was wondering what kind of gains I could expect from one bottle of this. It would be a pretty weak cycle compared to what I see others doing. It would be something like this combined with a healthy diet and lots of protein...

    Test. E. 200mg a week for 10 weeks
    Nolvadex 50mg ed for 10 weeks

    Pct
    Clomid 100mg ed for week 1
    Clomid 100mg ed for weeks 2 and 3

    Age???, 200mg ew is very low and may not give you the gain you are looking for IMO.

    That's what I was thinking because I see guys taking 500mg a week stacked with d-bol or other stuff. I was just seeing if it would be worth it for a small first cycle. Oh, and I'm 19.

    5'10 @ 185lb is pretty good, but i still think you'd have room for natural improvement. how's your diet, how old are you, goals, etc.? as for the AAS, you'll need more like 500 mg/wk for 12 weeks of test e.

    19 is still pretty young. your natural test levels should still be very high already. post your diet in the diet forum and see what kind of feedback they give to you. good luck whatever your choice

    First off, edit your post. You cant post UGL names in the open forum, so I suggest you edit it iout.

    Second, a testosterone only cycle is a wise choice. The sides can be controlled and gains in strength/mass will be of good quality.

    Their are too many variables to predict how many lbs your gain. Training, rest, genetics and most important diet will all determine what gains you achieve and what gains you attain post cycle. With a perfect diet, high in clean calories on 350-500mg/wk of testosterone for 10-14 weeks I'd say, 15-20lbs is realistic. You may only keep 70% of that though.

    Your cycle needs a little work. I;d bump the testosterone too 400mg/wk as the gains will be better. Injecting 2x per week. I'd also keep Nolva on hand and run it if sides arise. Run it at 20mg/ED if you experience itchy, irritable, puffy nipples. To stop water retention have a diet low in soduim and drink planty of water. An AI is also advised. Proviron at 25-50mg/ED or L-Dex 0.5mg/ED. Something like:

    wk 1-12 Test Enan/Cyp 400mg/wk (splitting the injections evenly)
    wk 1-PCT Proviron 25-50mg/ED

    Nolva kept on hand.

    PCT begins 14 days after last Enan shot or 16-18 days after last Cyp shot. PCT is done with Clomid/Nolva/Proviron. Personally, I do PCT with HCG/Nolva/Proviron.

    Diet's good, drink only water, milk, and orange juice. I get 100-150g of protein every day. Never eat fast food or anything like that.

    I think I might have low testosterone too because when I was 15 I always had a lot of soreness in my breasts and especially in my nipples. That eventually went away but it left me with a semi-noticable deposites at the bottom of my pecs. I heard it was a sign of gyno. Also, it takes me a lot longer to make gains than those I work out with. I wonder if I can go to my doctor and get that checked out.

    I did a cycle when I was your age and although I do not regret it, I also did not get much out of it. You are young and can still see gains by working hard and eating clean. When you get a little older you will be able to appreciate the help AAS can offer, as your body will change in a way making it difficult to do what you can do naturally now. I know how you feel, but now I am just under 6' tall and will always wonder if I could have been 6'3" if I would have waited a few more years. Give yourself something to look forward to when you are old like some of us who are double your age! Good Luck with whatever you decide.

    Great info swifto. I'm 20, and currently running a 10-12 week 500mg Test E cycle. Diet is clean, and lifting is going well. I'm 6'2 so I figured I'm pretty much done growing, but at 5'10 you may want to hold off. Just MO.
