    igf-1 an estrogen vital

    im trying to block a minimal amount of estrogen because i know that in a bulkin cycle it help with gains. but nolvadex decreases igf-1. so...... out of arimadex an aromasins which is better on igf-1 levels? i know letro boosts igf 1 but it completely block estrogen. im trying to get the best of both worlds any advice bro?? thanx

    p.s. i would like to use this for pct too! so which one boost natty test better too?
