I am on my first cycle. sust 250 and Deca 300. I am taking injuctione in the butt, for like 3 days after I have a knot in my ass that is really uncomfterable. I have a friend doing the injuctions for me and he is a long time user so I think he is doing it right? Anything I can do?

You should of just stuck with test only for first cycle at 500mg per wk, you will get use to the jabs, prob just slight briusing, use different sites until the soreness goes away, if the propblem is still there in a week seek further advice

Ya the knot goes away after 3 days or so, and I have been going back and forth between cheeks. Thanks for the help.

right then mate apart from i agree with marcus a 1st cycle should consist of test alone,the way you have explained yourself you are takin more deca than test....which is a no-no as this can and most likely will result in loss of libido....hope you have a very understanding girlfriend/boyfriend.....what is the lenght of the cycle... a1st should look like this mate...
500mg test e 1-12 weeks..have you any antis on hand just in case of gyno or unwanted bloat??any b6 for the prolactin issues of the deca??
have you got your pct sorted for post cycle???
