    Frontloading

Has anyone ever frontloaded cyp? And what about the sides, when you frontload? Is frontloading worth it? I'd like to see what everyones experiences with frontloading are.

Wow - tis the season for frontloading... if you search the threads over the last few months you will find a lot of topics on this with people experiences...

I believe some common understandings we have all drawn up for this...
    • Frontload heavy/long esters only
    • You can do something similar to frontloading by using the parent hormone with a shorter ester (like using propionate the first few weeks of an enanthate cycle)
    • Frontload to keep the cycle short (<10 weeks)
    • Double the maintenace dose prior to the first half life and you will reach peak plama levels with in the first week or 2...
But search the forums - you'll find mixed experiences and findings... not sure if it more popular or not... personally, these days I always frontload the heavy stuff - and keep my cycles brief... but thats me.
