Running clen longer without interruption?

what is the max time you can be on clen with benadryl (or ketotifen)?
wanna run it as long as possible.

To be on the safe side, I wouldn't go longer than 3 months straight at your max tolerance and that's really red-lining it. Of course this all depends on your dosage, tolerance and knowledge/intelligence. Theoretically, the lower your daily dose relative to your max tolerance level, the longer you can stay on it without the possibility of problems. You have to remember that even with anti-hists, you will still burn out eventually if you overdue it over a really long period of time. But I could see someone staying on it for upto 6 months even, if their dosages were 40-50% of their max and taken every other day.

For the record however, I don't personally advise anyone to stay on clen longer than 6-8wks at a clip.

Well said above,clen is very bad on your heart,so shorter cycles are best.
