    Starting a Cycle

    Hey guys, long time reader first time writer.

    ok I have 3 bottles of eq 200, 2 bottle of sust 250, and 2 bottles of winny 50

    mg/30ml. I am currently 5'11 193 and about 9% bf. I work out 4-5 times a

    weeks depending when i can get away from the baby and the wife. i

    consume around 3600 to 4000 cals ed. 300g/protein 450g/carbs and 60-75

    g/ fat. please advise in any area especially dosage and diet. Also i do have

    proper pct just in case anyone was wondering

    all your bottles contains 30 ml ????

    no just the winny the sust and eq are 10ml

    i will take it in this way
    w 1-12 - 500mg of susta EW
    w 1-10 - 400mg of EQ EW
    w 1-4 dbol for kick start
    w 9-12 winny 50mg ED

    and shots of HCG in the middle of the cycle ( 4 x 1250jm )

    and PCT but you jave it right????

    i don't have any dbol or hcg but i have nolva, clomid, trib, and pct from ax for pct. i don't have dbol but would superdrol or phera plex work

    if your running winny and EQ I wouldnt even bother with kickstarting with DBOL , sure you will gain size but the winny and EQ will put the quality hardness that i would assume you are looking for, where as the dbol will do the opposite, you dont need HCG either IMO, but of course that is a personal preference...

    thank you folsom i never tried dbol but i definitely don't think i will like the bloat. i am looking to put on mass but as you say i want a lot of quality mass
