do u chew winny tabs

I have these small winny tabs. They are a light blue color. How should i cycle them and do i swallow or chew them?

I have heard you should chew them but i still don't know what i will do i think your supposed to chew the 50 mg ones though.

Yep, the're good. I cut them in half and take half in the morning and half before workout. I chew them... they are suppose to be absorbed better that way.

by chewing any pills, and letting it partially obsorb in your mouth, the chemicals in the pill obsord faster into your system

Would chewing the tabs and letting some of the pill disolve in the mouth be any less harsh on the liver?

By going through your blood system, it will eventually pass through the liver and kidneys, but not as much as going through your digestive track at first. It won't be as harsh, but your also not letting all of it disolve in your mouth.

It will still undergo the first pass through the liver (as well as the second) and toxicity will remain unchanged. The reasoning behind the initial poster inquiring about chewing 50mg winstrol tabs (the blue tabs he describes are **) is because the exterior of the pill is made very dense to survive the hazards of shipping. The pill is so dense that it is believed it will just end up right back in the toilet bowl in its solid form the same way it went in if it is merely swallowed.

How long have you been training?
What are your stats?
What does your diet look like?
What are your goals?

IMO, the only winny tabs you need to chew are !P tabs. And you got !P tabs by the way you are describing them, light blue, small 50mg's=!P winny tabs. People who sell !P tabs say that you need to chew for better absorption, but I wouldn't chew all tabs only !P products.
