    First Cycle reviews needed!

    Hello gents. Alright, first off I just want to say to everyone on here that I think you guys help save lives and I think that this site is amazing. I have been trolling on here for about a year and a half now and had been looking at other sites on the net for about 6 months before finding AR and thought I had enough info to start my first cycle. Wow was I wrong. I finally have all of my gear together and think that I am ready to start my first cycle. I just got back from vacation though and just got done reading the thread on here about running l-dex and nolva at the same time which kind of threw me for a loop. I switched the AI’s I was going to run around a bit so I guess I’m just gonna throw what I plan on running on here and see what kind of feedback I get.

    I’m currently 23 years old, 6’1”, and hovering right around 165. I have been lifting on and off since I was in eighth grade, but been on a pretty solid diet and workout schedule for the last 2 years and a VERY solid schedule this last 6-7 months (225 grams protein, 4500-5000 calories, creatine, and intense workouts everyday) and just can’t get beyond about 165. I am very active and have tried to cut down on my aerobic/cardiovascular training, but I am involved in a lot of athletics and can’t really ask the coach to spare me from the running while I try and bulk up. I consider myself a pretty solid 165 but haven’t had my bf% measured, but I am looking for some good mass gains. Here’s what the plan is right now:

    Week 1-8 Deca @ 400mgs/week
    Week 1-10 Cyp @ 400mgs/week
    Week 1-12 L-Dex @ .25mgs ED

    Will start PCT 2 weeks after last Deca injection and PCT will be:

    Day 1 Clomid @ 300mgs
    Day 2-30 Clomid @ 100mgs ED and L-Dex @ .25mgs ED

    Nolva will be on hand for any flare ups of gyno.

    A couple of questions:

    1. How often should the injections be made? I was planning on injecting both at the same time on Wednesday and Sunday, but should I inject the Deca more or less frequently than the Test?
    2. Can I extract both the Deca and the Cyp into the same syringe and inject them both at the same time?
    3. What sort of symptoms should I be concerned about enough to start using the Nolva?
    4. I have enough Test to run 2 cycles. Do you think it would be better to run the Test and the Deca first, or would it be better to run a cycle of Test only and then run the Test/Deca stack after? I would much rather run just 1 cycle, but if you guys think it would benefit me much more to run the Test only first, I can’t really argue with the experts.

    First you need to run the Test at a higher dosage and for a longer period of time, I would suggest 12 weeks of Cyp at 500 mg a week and Deca @ 400 mgs for 10 weeks...

    If you have enough test for two cycles I would suggest running the Test only cycle first at 500 mgs a week for 12 weeks...then doing deca the second cycle...

    Good advice. Or he could run test at 400mgs wk only. Save the deca for your second cycle. You should get great gains off only 400mgs a week.

    2. Can I extract both the Deca and the Cyp into the same syringe and inject them both at the same time? Definitely, especially if this is your first cycle and you dont want to try too many injections site this is your best bet.
    3. What sort of symptoms should I be concerned about enough to start using the Nolva? Tender nips, itchy nips, puffy nips.
    4. I have enough Test to run 2 cycles. Most people will advocate for a Test only cycle, it is a good idea, this way you know exactly how you react to the Test and what sides you experience, assume you do both and you get some sides, how do you know which one is causing it...you catch my drift. However my first cycle consisted of three compounds so I cant preach to you about it...as I didnt regret it

    so many things wrong with this.. test needs to be 100mgs higher then deca and ran a week longer.. and u should really be on the test for like 10 weeks to notice the real deal, it doesn't start kickin in till like week 4 and gains wont really start kickin in hard till week 6.. also ur 6'1" and 165lbs? thats skinny, way to skinny to start using.. put on 15lbs nat before u start thinkin about juice.. up how much you eat and u'll be good to go before u know it

    i agree, you might want to visit the diet forum for a diet crituque. i know you said you eat 225 g protein a day, thats good. i eat around 350 while bulking. just some things to consider. whatever you choose, good luck to you.

    225 grams protein, 4500-5000 calories More than this!? Holy shit dude, I already feel like I'm am gonna puke all day long cuz I am so ****ing full! I don't know how much more I can eat. I am skinny but VERY athletic. I play Div. 1 college lacrosse but I am tired of getting my ****ing ass kicked! I already feel like I don't do anything except eat, sleep and workout! Does everyone agree with eating more?

    Definitely agree with eating more. I take in 420g protein each day. 7 Meals per day 60g protein EVERY SINGLE meal. You really need to eat more if you are 165lbs like I said in my original post. I would honestly say at your height you should be over 200lbs before you start to cycle, but if you are gonna do it anyways follow my original advice.

    also, you said you play college lacrosse. you probably burn alot of calories in practice/games/etc. b/c your running so much. Like i said, try eating more and check the diet forum for a critique.

    Damn! I don't know if I have time for 7 meals a day but I am gonna listen to what you guys advise. Man, I am so ready to get bigger, but I'm def not one to take the easy way out. Aight, more eating it is. I think I'm gonna set a goal of 180lbs but if I just can't get there in 2 months, you can guarantee my ass is gonna be back here hasseling you guys again. Guess i'll start now, the gf just made a bunch of chicken. Thanks for the help boys. Late.

    WTF! Your first cycle should be test only! You have to find how Test affects you before you start stacking. Start simple. It will be easier to figure out
    what is causing sides. Every one here knows this. Not one good reason to get agressive on first cycle. You have been cautions "six months reading
    information".. so far. Best of luck!

    if this is your first cycle you should only do test.you will get good results your first time and shouldnt use other compounds like deca,because you will not know which one gave you better results?or which gave you bad sides?start off with test and you can always stack later on when you have more experience with cycles. but personally i think you are to young to start.and if you weigh 165 your not eating right bro.

    Yea more important then eating more is right.. couldn't agree more. and eating 7times a day is easy u just gotta know how to do it.. when u get home at night make yourself dinner.. but make urself like 2 times the amount u are gonna eat.. so make 4 chicken breast and rice instead of 2.. then put it in a rubber made and take it with u for lunch, I bring food with me everywere.. even if its a little package of crackers and peanut butter.. thats an extra 120cals and 7g pro.

    Thanks for all the input. As far as eating goes, I am on a pretty strict diets for the athletics that I play, but to be honest, I have been eating whatever is in sight cuz I figure it will lead to more mass. I'll check out the diet forums tho. Hopefully i'll see something that i've been missing. Thanks again guys. The input has helped a lot. I know i'm a smaller guy, but I like to think I play a lot bigger than I am and maybe that bled into this. I'm gonna go with what i'm told on here though, cuz you guys know your shit and are always giving great advise to all the other noobs on here. Guess I gotta wait a bit to start crushing dudes.
