    question on dnp

    Will drinking distilled water while on dnp help the water retention.. i have only been on for like 3 days and i already seem to be holding water.
    Cus i know when im usually holding water, distilled water flushes that sht right off me.. but not sure if it will do the same on a dnp cycle.

    I don't think that it being distilled has anything to do with it. Its not uncommom to hold water while cycling DNP and you should be drinking at least a gallon/day to combat some sides.

    man i dont know.
    i have compared the 2 by drinking 1 and half gallons a day and distilled always get the water off me better even with high sodium.

    maybe there's some serious shit in the tap water where you live, or maybe it's placebo, whatever it is go with it
