    Injection Tutorials?

Does anyone know of sites (other than spot injections.com) which show the proper way to inject various bodyparts?

I mean apart from the standard glute shot.

I'm looking for quad shot diagrams namely

    Thanks.

It would be neat to see a site that has short videos. Not everyone is shaped the same so its hard to know where to inject exactly without wasting or hurting yourself! Im only in quads right now, would like to rotate but i cant figure out exactly where to do the other shots.

what other sites do you want to try? Glutes are the hardest by yourself. Delts are pretty easy as long as you can aspirate with one hand

Im not sure, i was thinking glutes, i seen somewhere you can do it while you lay in bed on your side. I guess i would try delts too...

if you're flexible enough to do glutes by yourself, go for it. At least with delts you can see what you're doing. Just go straight into the middle side of the delt with a 1" pin, holding the base with your thumb and ring finger, aspirate and shoot with your index and middle finger.

I swear if they don;t make them already, I'm going to patent a syringe with a ring on the end of the plunger to make it easier.

    Inject into any major muscle like they have shown on s p o t i n j e c t i o n s . c o m...

U dont have to inject exactly where they show it. Just do somewhere in the vicinity. Always aspirate.

    Pooks,

for some reason, he doesn't like that site. I think it has the most pictures and best instructions.

I like it, its just im alone here, no one to show me or tell me im in the wrong area. But i guess as long as its deep in the muscle i should be ok. So I can flex my shoulder to find the muscle then inject where its going to be a deep area (not flexing of course)

    I got a feeling u're skinny..

Just use your fingers to outline the muscle u want to inject into, and go into it.

Don't be afraid of hitting bone or anything like that, it won't happen..U have more muscle than u think, human bones are thinner and deeper in than u think.

Use 1" everywhere but your behind... 1.5" in your ass.

If u're fat than u'll need a longer needle.

The center of the medial deltoid is usually always the thickest part, but if it's not in your case, you should be ok in the thickest area. Just aspirate.

Oh no im not very skinny at all, just shy of 205lbs. As for the ring thing, i just caught on and its an very good idea. Im going to try to rig something up for that, maybe using 2 different size keychain rings or something, one around the plunger part of the syringe and the other for my fat finger

You'll have t rig it so it is easily removable, as you'll be going through pins like crazy

I think they're glass reusable syringes that you put new needles on. So far, I havent found anywhere that sells them without a script or medical license.

Cleaning would still be a major issue. But hey, you would just put them in the dishwasher. I wouldn't even use them as a veterinarian.

    Magic,

Do they make plastic disposables with the ring on the end of the plunger. This would make one-handed no-look behind the back Magic-Johnson style glute injections so easy.

I'm going to start a new thread on the syringe thing. I kind of went off on a tangent. My bad.

Anyways Conkies, did you hit your quads yet?
