What is the ideal body fat percentage I should reach prior to cycling?
I am 28, 6'5 280 pounds and currently 28% body fat down from 40% over the past 2 months of training. I have not trained consistently for about two to three years; however, prior to that have cycled a few times and have been very big and lean about 265 lbs @ 14% bf. I am adding clen to my diet and cardio routine and have no problem getting down to what I need to before starting.
I am going to stack whinny and something, just not sure yet. Just trying to lean out and get hard again.
Any thoughts appreciated.
