    Lightbulb First Cycle Questions

    Would SUS 250 and winny be a good first cycle and if so how often should I take it?
    I was going to take 500mg of sus/week but i am not sure about the winny

    I am 5'11 and 180 pounds
    Also is it true you can drink the winny?
