few questions regarding hgh. is it alright to stack cycle with test? should you be concerned about consuming carbs post and prior? why s.q. instead of i.m? in addition, i run about 160 lbs lean muscle, is the protine intake still 1 per 1? thanks for your knowledge

I would do some more research before considering using anything, The theory behind leaving a gap in your carbs around the gh is that it will end up spiking your insuling levels potentially, When you insulin levels spikes it can raise your igf binding protien levels, potentially binding some of the igf that is produced when you inject GH passes through the liver.

On the other side to this is that insulin and gh work very complimentary with each other in shuttling nutrients to the muscles and other tissues, ive tried both ways and to be honest i dont think your carb timing will have a sigificant enough impact on your gh injection that you will need to worry about, ive had benefits both ways.

sorry marcus but your a bit off track here.

we try to avoid carbs close to hgh injection as carbs spike insulin levels. hgh makes you a litle less insulin sensetiv and thus leaving you with high bloodsugar level. if this happens too long/too often it could cause diabetes melitus.

To what extent can R-ALA help to combat the low insulin sensitivity brought on by the GH?

I understand what you are saying about Diabetes melitus, but the other theory behind it is you can raise your igf binding protien levels which can result in binding some of the igf that is produced when you inject gh,

Like i said i dont think it will make much of a difference, ive tried both ways many times and i could see benefit either way, i still got good results, i dont think it will have any significant enough impact on your gh shots.

    .
    insulin lowers igf-binding protein.

Ive read many different theorys concerning this and to be honest they all say different things why you should avoid carbs around the gh shot, i normaly try things out for myself and see how my own body responds to the different theorys, i have found no difference in avoiding carbs or having them around my gh shots, ive experienced good quality with both methods.

I feel this happens alot in Bodybuilding, many different studies/theorys/opinions all saying different things, i say your own experience counts for more than any study, am sure you would agree.

I am fine Rodge, feeling good, at the moment am just getting into priming my body and cutting up abit, things are looking good and are on track
how are you? how you looking?
