NOLVA during cycle????

i keep seeing cycles made up and i see that Nolva is being used throughout the entire 12 week cycle. i was under the impression that i was supposed to used nolva about 18 days after my last injection. can anyone explain what would be better for me to do considering im going to be running:

1-12weeks (500mg sust/wk)(400 deca/wk) and 200 dbols for the first 4-5 weeks.

Nolva is a SERM which "acts" (not exactly but you can research it) as an anti-e in target specific areas like breast tissue. Many people use it during their cycle for this reason while it is still helpful in recovery as well. Personally I like using throughout a cycle and recovery.

I like using nolva, 10mgs through out your cycle should be fine.
