hey guy i wanted to start an anvar only cycle to do a week at 30mgs a week at 40 mgs and 3 weeks at 50 mgs i was wounder if 5 weeks is long enought?

i would run it for 8 weeks at around 60mg

yeah i think it is i would def go for no less than 8 weeks

6 weeks is fine...many people use 70-100 mg's. I will personally be using 80 for the last 6 weeks of my cycle.

yea, run it for 6-8 weeks and 70-100mg ed. should see good gains

do a search there is alot of information on this board. It's alot more then just how much protien you need.
