TEST E CYCLE - extend or alter? suggestions?
Hey bros.. little help please - coming into 12th week of 14 week Test e 500/wk and deca 400/wk cycle - first 4 wks w/ dbol and takin 20mg nolva e/d- very standard - and have made good gains bench started at 150 kilo/330 lbs x 2 reps (pretty much my max) and now at 150 kilo x 6 reps (max last Friday was 170 kilo/375lbs - 1 time) - my weight is up 6 kilos/13 lb- my diet has been clean and steady - low weight gain and solid muscle was my plan so im happy with my results but like evryone els - I WANT MORE - my goal is to bench double my weight by summer end
my question is can anyone make any suggestions how I can extend this cycle? Would adding sus 250 and extending test for 6 more weeks or changing from from test e at wk 14 and starting sus 250 at 500 - 750 /wk make any sense? maybe run for another 6 weeks? i also read in a recent post a suggestion- including dbol again at the END of the cycle - could this be helpful
dont flame me - if you dont have a consturctive suggestion keep it to yourself - i dont post alot because i generally find most answers to my questions by looking around here so i spend more time in the gym then on posting and wasting peoples time with stupid questions (except maybe this one)- looks like pinn booz seeajackal and kale have good advice from experience and id be interested in hearing from you guys as well as others - thanks up front
stats - 34yrs - 5'9 -173cm
start cycle 86 kilo/190lbs 15%bodyfat - now 92 kilo/202lbs - 12 % bodyfat
2 previous cycles - first was a waste because of lack of knowledge and no PCT (before i found this board)
2nd was sus 250 - 2x/wk x 12 weeks and PCT

I think bro you wont gain after week 10 or 12 gains will stop eventually so its better to finish your cycle at the original length that you made 14wks i beileve & save yourself money & gear for next cycle.

that will be a loooong test cycle man... .. bottom line its how u feel bro... with the proper pcts n shit u MIGHT be ok.. but everyone is different maybe dont do 6 more but u could extend a little bit maybe 3 or 4 more weeks instead of 6... but once again yer call.. maybe go get some blood work done first to just to be safe

stick with ur original cycle, theres allways the next one. gain as much as u can now, do ur pct, wait 10-12 weeks, and get some blood work, if ur numbers r good run ur next cycle. u allways learn more with each cycle.

thanks for the quick replies guys - im about an hour and a half from heading to the gym - i realize that gains generally stop around wk 10-12 but like i said im comin into wk 12 and feel stronger every day- wk 11 was my best benchpress by far - my wife says it looks like im growin while i sleep and my buddys are rushin out to get the same creatine i told them ive been on (haha) - so far no boner probs - just the opposite if anything and although my right nip was a bit itchy around wk 4 (i attributed it to the dbol plus test plus deca i was takein) after starting the nolva that week- ive not noticed any other probs - so ithink there are gains still to be had - im hopeful anyway

imo personally if you set out for a 14 week cycle i would stick to it mate........the longer you run the harder it will be to get your system straight afterwards....i know.....whatever you do make sure your pct is solid....

ill take these words to heart - thanks bros - my PCT for the 14 week plan was pretty standard as well - 2 weeks after lost test shot ill take clomid @300mg - first day- down to 100mg for next 11 -and 50mg days 12-21 as well as nolva
i have a question though ive been takin 20mg nolva ed thruout - and i plan on just continuing 20mg for one month following - any suggestions or changes needed??

listen if increasing your bench is your goal you need to look at your training program and follow a powerlifting routine(the metal millitia routine works great!)
