Hey bros.. little help please - coming into 12th week of 14 week Test e 500/wk and deca 400/wk cycle - first 4 wks w/ dbol and takin 20mg nolva e/d- very standard - and have made good gains bench started at 150 kilo/330 lbs x 2 reps (pretty much my max) and now at 150 kilo x 6 reps (max last Friday was 170 kilo/375lbs - 1 time) - my weight is up 6 kilos/13 lb- my diet has been clean and steady - low weight gain and solid muscle was my plan so im happy with my results but like evryone els - I WANT MORE - my goal is to bench double my weight by summer end
my question is can anyone make any suggestions how I can extend this cycle? Would adding sus 250 and extending test for 6 more weeks or changing from from test e at wk 14 and starting sus 250 at 500 - 750 /wk make any sense? maybe run for another 6 weeks? i also read in a recent post a suggestion- including dbol again at the END of the cycle - could this be helpful
dont flame me - if you dont have a consturctive suggestion keep it to yourself - i dont post alot because i generally find most answers to my questions by looking around here so i spend more time in the gym then on posting and wasting peoples time with stupid questions (except maybe this one)- looks like pinn booz seeajackal and kale have good advice from experience and id be interested in hearing from you guys as well as others - thanks up front
stats - 34yrs - 5'9 -173cm
start cycle 86 kilo/190lbs 15%bodyfat - now 92 kilo/202lbs - 12 % bodyfat
2 previous cycles - first was a waste because of lack of knowledge and no PCT (before i found this board)
2nd was sus 250 - 2x/wk x 12 weeks and PCT
