2-3 per year. 8 in 3 years one being as long as 24ish weeks.

Depends on cycle duration. Follow PCT and off time recommendations, and you're on time will address itself.

    time on- time off
Two 12 weekers or three 8 week cycles.
Or one long cycle with only the beginning of the next in the same year.
    I hope that made sense.

I try to get in as many as i can, i am big believer in the shorter cycles so i make sure am fully recovered then i can plan my next cycle, how many depends on how good i recover from my previous cycle and what type of cycle i am going to do. it varies alot.

Yes, IMO 2 12 week cycles separated by a 4 wk PCT and a couple weeks off nothing will bring much more gains than a big 24 wk cycle.

I always go with the formula "time on= time off".

Ive been on for 4 years, Ive came of in 2004 for 6 months after that Christmas Ive always been on...I have had off time for like a 4 weeks then get back on. I never have done a complete PCT or knew the correct way untill I came here!

Ive learned my ways have not been the best..It took more and more.
Actully after this cycle Im on... I will take the PCT..I just bought it. After talking with M...you know who you are.

I am going to go to the short cycles, 6 weekers see if this helps me get to my goal.

I have great recovery! Thats why I keep going.

2 a year, although that means you are not following time on = time off unles tha cycles are fairly short as you are supposed to count PCT in you time on, so if you do 4-6 weeks PCT on top of a 12 weeker you cant really get two in every year.
