i take creatine,glutamine, and eat a clean diet around 3500-4000 cal.
250-300g protein blah blah blah. all the good stuff. i just wanted to do a small safe cycle so i got 20 amps of primo and some hcg. i just wanted some help with laying out my cycle. i thought about this
200mg,300mg,300mg,400mg,300mg,300mg,200mg for a 7wk cycle?
any suggestions on changing this and also when should i take the hcg.
also i thought about adding some deca. if so any suggestions on the stack of the two. thanks.
