I’m new to this and I would like to know if it is ok to stack Sastanon 250 and Deca 300 or should these be cycled separately? Thanks.

This is actually a buddy of mine (honest) we work out regularly and he knows that I occasionally visit these forum sites inquiring about steroids . I’ve always wanted to cycle but HATE needles and afraid of the affects of the pink pills. He is 38 years old 6’ 240 lbs. Body fat???? Probably 18% not cut but really strong. He has cycled several times in the past 5 years .12 weeks of deca . 10 or 12 weeks of Premobolin and one other that I can’t remember the name of. Thanks for your quick response. Also what might be the best for me? 5’9” 205lbs 45 years old. Work out but not too heavy don’t want bulk. I study Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Need to stay limber but want tons of strength.

If he is afraid from injection then he is not ready for AAS but like you said he done some cycles before i would go with

1-12 500mg susta ew

1-10 Deca 300mg/400mg ew

1-12 nolva 10mg ed

1-12 vit-B6 200mg ed for Deca's prgesterone gyno

He will be fine running those together. He should also run letro and vitamin B6

At 45 I'd say go with some test enanthate or cypionate , forget the sustenon, it has four esters in and keeping your blood levels stable is impossible
