Hey all, I'm in between cycles now running clen only. I'm off school now and working construction, so I'm on my feet all day doing laborous things. When I get off work, I'm usually really exhausted, especially since I'm taking clen all day. Thus, I don't feel like doing a workout, or cardio. My question is, will clen be doing me any good with my long, steady activity, or do I need to elevate my heart rate to see any effect?
